Slot Features
The game comes with not one but 4 different Wilds – Fire Mistress, Metal Priestess, Queen of the Damned and Spirit of Unity. The first 3 come with a special bonus each whereas the last mentioned combines all 3 bonuses into one. Wilds, of course, can substitute for all the symbols in the game except the Scatter.
Metal Mistress Wild awards a multiplier that can be x2, x3, x5 or x10. Metal Priestess will convert all ritual relic symbols into a Skull symbol. Spirit Gate
During the Base game a single spirit gate can appear on any of the 5 reels, and if a Wild lands in those gates it will expand to fill the entire reel and award on respin with a bonus feature.
Free Spins and Crypt Spins
Hit 3 Scatters anywhere on the grid and you will trigger the Free Spins round, if however the Scatter lands on the Spirit Gate the Scatter will be upgraded and award Crypt Spins instead.
In the Free Spins, the active spirit will determine which bonus will applied in the round, and one Spirit Gate will be active during each spin. Once the round ends, a new spirit will become active in the base game.
If the Crypt Spins get triggered in the Free Spins round, the spins from that round will get transferred over to the Crypt spins round. You will have one or even more Spirit Gates active on each spin in Crypt Spins.
Summary
House of Doom 2 seems to be a second chance to organize a proper bash for fans as the first one was good, but not really what you’d call a hit. Visually, the game is definitely better looking and more polished in both terms of graphic and artwork, although it kept that doom and gloom vibe. It’s highly volatile slot but the win potential could be better for something of the sorts, at least we’d expected it, but we cannot exactly say that x6000 cap is insufficient. So, if you liked the first version, you will surely like this one as well.
