Slot Features
Wild symbol in the game can appear on all reels and it can substitute for all the symbols except the Scatter, to help form win combos. At the same time, Wild can form win combos for 5 Wilds on the same pay line.
Modifiers
The base game comes with 3 modifiers: Greedy Wolf Wild, 3 Little Pigs Wilds and Respins, and Guaranteed Win. Greedy Wolf Wild is a randomly fully stacked and expanded Wilf symbol that can hit on reel 3. At this point, all Pig symbols will transform into Wolf symbol before the pays are awarded.
With 3 Little Pigs Wilds and Respins a random number of Wilds will be added to the screen on reels 1 through 3. Then the Wolf will come with a chance to move the Wilds one position to the right and trigger a respin, or he will blow the Wilds out of the screen and the feature will end. Respins will keep happening for as long as there are Wilds on the screen.
The Guaranteed Win will happen randomly on a no-win spin when a Wolf will come on the grid and blow all the symbols away after which new symbols will fall to fill the spaces and award a guaranteed win of x20 the bet or trigger the Free Spins feature.
Free Spins
Hitting a minimum of 6 Scatters will trigger the feature and award 6 spins. At the beginning of the feature, all the positions of the triggering symbols will be marked with a square. Each time a Scatter hits on a square during the feature the square will get upgraded, and if it hits in a non-square position it will become framed. Squares progressively upgrade from the initial straw setting to wood, then brick and last the castle. All the markings will remain in position till the feature ends.
At the end of the feature, when you run out of the spins, all the marked positions will transform into houses and the Wolf will appear to try and blow them away. If he manages to do so, the blown houses will reveal random money prizes hidden behind each of the houses. If however, you manage to upgrade all the positions to the castles during the feature, the money prizes will be revealed immediately and the remaining spins will be forfeited. You can win additional spins by hitting an additional 3+ Scatters during the feature on the same spin.
Summary
Greedy Wolf has a design fitting to the theme, and you will get the feel like you’re in an illustrated book of fables. In terms of gameplay, we can say that the game is simple and straightforward, but doesn’t seem to have been a challenging project for Pragmatic Play’s team, as we know they can do much better. Numbers are modest and they come with medium volatility, varying RTP and a max cap that does not go over x3000 the bet.
